Optimizing Solutions: Matthew Pass Joins WOI

We’re excited to welcome Matthew Pass to the Warehouse Optimizers Inc (WOI) team as our new Senior Account Executive! Matthew brings 25 years of combined experience in sales, engineering, and management—skills that make him a valuable resource for our customers and their evolving warehouse optimization needs.

Matthew is driven by a passion for problem-solving and building strong customer relationships. He’s excited to apply his extensive experience in sales, engineering, and management to the material handling industry, gaining deeper insights into warehouse optimization and, most importantly, finding the best ways to help customers overcome their unique challenges.

“I enjoy being a resource for customers and helping them find the right solutions. WOI’s team approach and customer-first mindset really drew me in, and I’m excited to be part of it,” he shares.

Matthew earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Alabama and now enjoys life with his wife and three children. When he’s not working, you can find him cooking up something delicious, fishing, or playing golf—though he humbly admits he’s still working on his skills in both!
