Heavy-duty elevated workstations with embedded ball rollers help you push, rotate, or transition heavy, flat-bottomed items. Ball transfer tables also referred to as tabletop conveyors, can be used as standalone or attached to raised gravity conveyor rails. Table size is customizable, and you can combine two or more tables to extend the length.

Customize Your Ball Transfer Tables

The size and roller spacing of your tabletop conveyor is customizable. Ball tables are manufactured to order and can be sized for any configuration or layout. You will also want to ensure that your rollers are spaced to most effectively handle your inventory. The spacing between the rollers is dependent on the specs of your items.

Ball Transfer Table Roller Spacing Rule of Thumb

  • Ball spacing options - 2” to 6” apart
  • 2” Ball Spacing will function well with most pallets and containers
  • Length & width of items should be 3x ball spacing
  • At least 5 balls should be underneath the item at all times
  • Supports are available for any heights
