1 – Pallet Racking for Tire Storage

WOI professionals completed the rack installation, which is crucial for securing a significant tire inventory and other materials as needed. By maximizing vertical space, floor space was freed up to accommodate additional activity and clear aisle ways, promoting safer movement of equipment and pedestrians. This approach highlights the advantages of rack installation over unstable floor stacking methods.

• Modular Design: The customizable configuration accommodates up to 2000 pallet positions, optimizing vertical space, expanding floor capacity, and minimizing risk from floor stacking unstable tire loads.
• Wire Decking: Expands the usability of the rack for tires, palletized items, boxed inventory, etc., enhancing safety and organization within the facility.
• Post Protectors: Safeguards front columns from accidental forklift strikes and reduces the odds of costly repairs.
• Color-coordinated with customer’s brand identity – orange & black.

2 – Mechanic Bay Storage Solutions

To support rigorous mechanic work, WOI provided high-quality cabinets, workbenches, and shelving tailored to repair bay needs. We were also able to color-coordinate the cabinets with the orange and black theme to enhance the look of the work areas.

Mechanic Bay Equipment Highlights:

• Tool Cabinets: Modular cabinets feature durable, heavy-gauge steel construction, ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding environments.

Optional features include specialty inserts to protect tools and reduce search time, enhancing repair work efficiency. 

Additionally, drawers and door cabinets can be equipped with locks to safeguard tools and equipment when not in use, minimizing misplacement and ensuring security.

• Workbenches: Steel workbenches provide a sturdy platform for a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Shelving: Modular shelving units are strategically positioned to maximize accessibility and storage capacity, contributing to streamlined operations to maintain and equip the vehicles.

3 – Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC)

A Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) is an efficient solution for safely transporting bulky inventory and equipment between different levels. By automating the movement of materials, boxes, and cargo, a VRC reduces the reliance on forklifts and manual labor, enhancing operational efficiency and throughput.
