Standard shelf beams are adjustable at 4” intervals, or you can customize your system for 3”. The upright and beam design does allow for relocating the system during expansion or plant renovation, helping you extend the life of your investment.

More than uprights and beams, your tool & die racks are customizable to fit a variety of equipment and be accessible to your preferred access method. For lighter-weight items, hand selection is more ergonomic picking from a shelf than from the floor.

Adding a few accessories will supplement the benefits of your rack system. For example, extendable shelves allow workers to hand select or secure items more readily to an overhead lift system. The tool & die racks are so stable that even with the shelf fully extended, the unit is stable and secure.

If you’re using forklifts to access the equipment, add forklift entry bars that provide openings between the shelf and the item that fit the forks. Backstop beams are a helpful safety feature that prevents items from falling out of the rear of the rack.
