Loading & Unloading Push-Back Rack

Push-back pallet storage lanes are equipped with stacked wheeled carts that sit at the aisle face. Forklift operators place the first pallet on the top cart. To load subsequent pallets, the driver pushes the pallet at the pick aisle back to reveal the cart underneath. The final pallet sits directly on the rack. For example, a 6-deep pallet lane requires 5 carts. 

As pallets are extracted, the rear pallets automatically flow forward to fill the front position, creating a dynamic storage solution. This deep-lane design supports last-in/first-out (LIFO) inventory management, ensuring that your most recent stock is always ready for quick retrieval.
