We’re excited to introduce Mike Carson, our newest Sales Representative covering East Tennessee! With 32 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution warehousing, and conveyor systems—including package conveyors, overhead chain conveyors, and mezzanines—Mike brings a deep understanding of material handling solutions to the WOI team.

Mike is passionate about building strong customer relationships and takes pride in developing new businesses through past connections and fresh opportunities. His goal? To always exceed expectations, both personally and professionally.

Originally from Moline, IL, Mike got his start at John Deere before relocating to East Tennessee 13 years ago. Outside of work, he’s an adventurer at heart—he’s Bareboat Charter Certified and, along with his wife Linda and daughters, is a certified scuba diver. Together, they’ve sailed and explored breathtaking locations, including the British Virgin Islands, Belize, The Grenadines, Grenada, St. Lucia, and Martinique. When he’s on land, you’ll find him cheering on the University of Tennessee men’s football/basketball/baseball teams where he’s been a season ticket holder for 12 years—Go Vols!
